God gives gifts, inspiration, and anointing to His people to creatively express His name to the world. The work of secular artists can move us emotionally, but only the Spirit of God can move in our hearts through Christ-centered art, music and literature. My prayer is that He will do that with these simple attempts to express His truth through poetry. May He speak to you in a way that is "Deeper Than Words".
I began writing poetry early in my walk with God. I have found it to be the best and sometimes the only way to express what God has made real in my heart. All of these poems are gifts from Heaven to me. Writing them and even re-reading them myself has blessed me beyond measure. I now pass the gift on to you. May you be touched and changed.
