I began writing poetry early in my walk with God. I have found it to be the best and sometimes the only way to express what God has made real in my heart. All of these poems are gifts from Heaven to me. Writing them and even re-reading them myself has blessed me beyond measure. I now pass the gift on to you. May you be touched and changed.

Fight for You

When you lose the will to fight
All is black as night
There’s no hope in sight

When there is no more strength inside
And you begin to slide
Feel all hope has died

I will fight for you
I will have faith when you have none
I will pray for you
And will not stop till victory’s won

We will fight for you
Your friends will never leave your side
We’ll be there for you
Our love and faith will be your guide

God will fight for you
When you need Him He draws nigh
God believes in you
His plan for you will never die
